Sunday & Sprout is operated by Emma Cobb as an Alabama sole proprietorship. By purchasing, you agree to the order terms presented at checkout and these published policies. You must be an adult able to enter into a purchase agreement.

Orders and product information

Product photos and garment details are provided by our supplier. Screen colors and manufacturing details can vary. Availability can change before fulfillment. We may correct a material listing or pricing error and contact you about affected orders; if an order cannot be fulfilled, we will provide the appropriate refund rather than substitute an item without your consent.

Payment, delivery, and returns

Payment is due upfront through Stripe when purchasing is enabled. Tax and shipping are shown before payment. Please review our shipping policy and returns policy. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed event date. Customer information is handled under our privacy policy.

Responsible use and legal rights

Do not submit fraudulent orders, upload unlawful content, interfere with the site, or access another person’s records. University names in product listings describe supplier styles; no affiliation or official license is claimed unless a listing expressly verifies one. Contact us first about problems so we can try to resolve them. These terms do not waive nonwaivable consumer rights, excuse fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or require you to give up access to a court. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not retroactively change an accepted order’s terms.
