Information we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, delivery address, selected products, sizes, quantities, order notes, and payment/order references. Contact forms collect the details you submit. Email signups collect your email, optional name, consent, and signup date. We also use short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit automated form abuse. Hosting, payment, and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request logs, and device information.
How we use and share information
We use information to process orders, coordinate fulfillment, handle support and returns, maintain financial records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Necessary delivery and order information is shared with Honeydew USA or another identified fulfillment supplier and delivery carriers. Stripe handles payments; we do not collect or store complete card numbers or card security codes on this website. Hosting and storage are provided through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. Authorized service providers and professional advisers may process information needed for their work. We may disclose records when lawfully required or to investigate fraud and protect legal rights.
Marketing choices
Joining our email list is optional and separate from ordering or contacting us. We use list information for boutique launch and product updates. You may unsubscribe or contact us. We do not sell personal information, rent customer lists, or use this website’s customer data for targeted advertising. If our practices change, this notice will be updated before applicable new uses.
Browser storage and third parties
We use browser session storage for shopping-bag contents and checkout recovery. The boutique does not currently add third-party advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts. Hosting and payment providers may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, and payment processing. Product images load from supplier/CDN services, which receive ordinary browser requests. Third-party services have their own notices, including Stripe’s privacy policy. Browser privacy controls may affect shopping functions.
Retention, security, and requests
We keep order and financial records as needed for fulfillment, taxes, disputes, and legal obligations. Support records are reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. A minimal email opt-out record may be retained to honor your choice. Abuse-prevention entries are removed after roughly 48 hours when the form service runs. We use HTTPS, restricted administrative access, and protected server storage. No system is completely secure. You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing consent through Contact Us; we may verify identity and retain records where legally required. We respond to applicable privacy rights according to the laws governing the request.
Children and updates
This store is intended for adult purchasers, not for children to create accounts or submit information. Please do not send children’s sensitive information. Tell us if you believe a child submitted personal information so we can review and remove it where appropriate. Updated policies apply prospectively; material changes will be identified here.
Order notification emails
We use your order email for payment receipts, order confirmations, and shipping updates. When our email connection is enabled, Resend processes the recipient email, order reference, purchased styles, totals, and tracking details needed to send these transactional messages. They do not subscribe you to marketing. Email notification records are stored for order support and troubleshooting. Our private admin page shows whether sending is connected.
Shopping preferences
Your browser’s session storage remembers your shopping bag, selected filters, browsing position, and recently checked size availability so you can return to shopping. These preferences stay in your browser session. Availability may change and is checked again before checkout.
