Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is $6.99 per order to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is free when your merchandise subtotal is $75 or more, before tax. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and international destinations are not currently supported.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is 3–7 days from purchase and may take longer. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Our fulfillment supplier generally dispatches on weekdays using USPS or FedEx; processing, stock changes, holidays, and carrier delays can affect timing. Please avoid relying on an order for a fixed event date.

Fulfillment and tracking

Products ship directly from our fulfillment supplier’s U.S. warehouse to your delivery address. An order may arrive in separate packages. Contact us with your order reference for tracking assistance. Expedited shipping is not offered through this checkout.

Changes, delays, or missing parcels

Check your delivery address before payment. Contact us quickly about an address change or cancellation; changes depend on fulfillment progress and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Report delivery problems through Contact Us so we can investigate. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide required delay and cancellation options; if we cannot fulfill an item, we will arrange the refund required by applicable law.
